We understand that situations beyond your control may arise, so we do extend a one-time grace pass if you are unable to do so within 24 hours. Any future appointments, however, will require a 50% deposit to be purchased in the form of a gift card.

Our colorists and stylists are not only equipped with extensive knowledge, but inspiration from around the globe… education, and experience – ensure you will receive consistent, favorable results each and every time… to accent, enhance, enrich and enliven.

The Consultation: Consulting with our guest prior to a first time color is a value added service. Here at w. daly salon spa, we believe that the color consultation is an important step in evaluating your current color while establishing trust. Upon arrival as a new guest, you will be asked to fill out our Guest Consultation Questionnaire.

Next, one of our trained color consultants will review the questionnaire for any important information and look at your past salon history. Upon review, they will listen and advise to determine correct procedures and a plan of action. During the consultation, images and pictures may be viewed to better understand the desired look.

Pricing integrity is important to us. Upon request, we can provide you with a maintenance plan from our Color Menu that works for you and your budget.

For Corrective Color Consultation, we may ask you to come in for a stand-alone appointment first. Corrective Color varies by individual needs and may require several steps and visits. However, our color consultants will assess current color and map out a plan of action including procedures, scheduling and pricing. We will also be able to provide you with accurate and consistent pricing based on our Color Menu.
HAIR TREATMENTS
Our intensive treatments penetrate chemically-treated, dry or fine hair to fortify and hydrate. Ask your stylist to recommend the service to best improve the condition and texture of your hair.

This NEW, innovative service will leave hair smooth and resistant to frizz, fly-aways and humidity. It is formaldehyde-free and gentle to the hair. Tourmaline loosens natural curl while mineral sulfites smooth, and amino acids and enzymes lock in your new, smooth texture. This treatment includes a deep condition with AVEDA Damage Remedy Restructuring Conditioner with quinoa protein to strengthen, repair and re-moisturize the hair. It is an ideal treatment for smoothing wavy hair. 2 hours
BRIDAL SERVICES
BRIDAL UPDO
We recommend that you book an appointment at least one week prior to your wedding to finalize your updo selection. This also gives you an opportunity to preview it and make small adjustments the day of your wedding to maximize your beauty and comfort. You must also book an appointment for the day of the wedding.
BRIDAL POLICY
All Bridal Services require a credit card to hold the reservation and a 50% deposit is charged upon reserving appointment and is non-refundable. We do require a one week advance notice on cancellations of bridal parties of 3 or more. The services will be charged in full for parties that do not give a one week notice for cancellations. Bridal Makeup services include a one hour rehearsal appointment and an application on the day of the wedding. Payment is due in full at rehearsal.
