Salon Policies


We recommend scheduling your appointment as early as possible to ensure availability. Please arrive 15 minutes early so that you may relax and enjoy the most rewarding experience. We regret that we may be unable to extend the time of an appointment if you arrive late.


We understand that sometimes you may need to change your schedule and we kindly ask that you provide 24-hour notice for any change to a single service. In consideration of our service providers and other clients, any guest failing to provide notice twice over any period of time will be asked to provide a credit card to secure future appointments. Any subsequent failure to give 24-hour notice for a scheduled appointment will result in 100% of the scheduled services being charged to the credit card.


If you have very thick, long or highly textured hair or hair that takes longer than average to style and dry, we will be happy to add time to your service with us. For any time over one hour, we will charge in increments based on the one-hour service price. We will give you the price of your service at the time of booking. If you are a new guest, please know that this is an approximation based on the information you give us.


Gift cards are ideal as a thank you, or for any occasion. They are available for all packages, products, individual services or any dollar amount.


We guarantee our services for two weeks and will adjust the service at no charge; however, two weeks after the date of your service we will charge in full for any adjustments.

Parents please make child care arrangements prior to your appointment so that you may enjoy it to the fullest. While we gladly service children, we do not offer special pricing.

Prices are subject to change. Menus of services vary by location.

Our extensive, on-going training program allows us to offer stylists that represent different levels of technical education and experience. We welcome you to select the level that best fits your personal needs.
