Spa Policies

RESERVATIONS

We recommend scheduling your appointment as early as possible to ensure availability. Please arrive 15 minutes early so that you may relax and enjoy the most rewarding experience. We regret that we may be unable to extend the time of an appointment if you arrive late.

CANCELLATION POLICY

We understand that sometimes you may need to change your schedule and we kindly ask that you provide 24-hour notice for any change to a single service. In consideration of our service providers and other clients, any guest failing to provide notice twice over any period of time will be asked to provide a credit card to secure future appointments. Any subsequent failure to give 24-hour notice for a scheduled appointment will result in 100% of the scheduled services being charged to the credit card.

SPA POLICY

For your comfort, Spa treatments require various levels of undress and our therapists are trained in appropriate methods of draping. Although your therapist will discuss a complete overview of the treatment you will experience, please feel free to ask any question or make special requests to ensure your own comfort level.

We request you disclose any medical conditions and/or prescription medications that you are taking as some services may be contraindicated.

GIFT CARDS

Gift cards are ideal as a thank you, or for any occasion. They are available for all packages, products, individual services or any dollar amount.

SERVICE GUARANTEE

We guarantee our services for two weeks and will adjust the service at no charge; however, two weeks after the date of your service we will charge in full for any adjustments.

Parents please make child care arrangements prior to your appointment so that you may enjoy it to the fullest. While we gladly service children, we do not offer special pricing.
